Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes well.

Drain off the bocconcini pieces and pat them dry.

Get Cooking!

For the skewers, begin with a tomato, then a folded basil leaf, then a bocconcini piece, and repeat the process so you have 2 tomatoes, 2 bocconcini pieces and 2 basil leaves per skewer.

Once all skewers are complete, arrange on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
