Were you aware of how flexible our space really is at Growing Chefs!HQ?
Not only are we a children’s food education facility, but we are also able to hold a multitude of different events, including your next boardroom meeting! Our Boardroom space can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably (in standard “boardroom” set up); room capacity is 28 people in varying other setups, and includes a projector and speakers for that perfect presentation.
For boardroom rental only, our rental fee is $300+hst; or choose a meal package to accompany for meeting, for the perfect full event. Read below to find your perfect package option:
Package A = $50pp +hs; includes room rental fee, plus:
Morning Snack:
- Fresh, seasonal, from-scratch Muffins
Working Lunch: Chef’s Choice:
- Crudités with house-made tzatziki
- Assorted Seasonal Sandwiches, Wraps OR Flatbreads
- Assorted Dessert Platter
Beverage Station ~ to be replenished throughout the day:
- Water Station
- Patrick’s Beans Coffee/Decaf with Milk, Cream & non-dairy alternative
Package B = $65pp +hst; includes room rental fee, plus:
Continental Breakfast:
- Build-your-own Yogurt Parfait station with Fresh, Seasonal Fruits & Compotes
Morning Snack:
- From-scratch Granola Bars, or suitable alternative
Working Lunch:
- Seasonal salad to begin
- Assorted Seasonal Sandwiches/Wraps or Flatbreads
- Assorted Dessert Platter
Afternoon Snack:
- Seasonal Vegetable Crudité Platter with Dips
Beverage Station ~ to be replenished throughout the day:
- Water Station
- Patrick’s Beans Coffee/Decaf with Milk, Cream & non-dairy alternative
