Even though our Headquarters is currently closed, there is still a way for your organization to host virtual Holiday events with us: by choosing to host a tailored, virtual webinar! Enhance your team’s sense of connectivity and camaraderie during these pandemic times by hiring us to host a fun and engaging event for your staff, online. We promise you will love this new, high-energy alternative!!

  • Videographer assistance / moderation
  • Full recipe and equipment list supplied
  • A brief introduction to Growing Chefs!
  • Customization and co-branding of presentation available

During the months of November and December, we are offering two such webinars to celebrate the Holidays!

Two festive menus to choose from this season:

1. Bûche de Noël

What to Expect: Join our Chefs as they walk you step-by-step to create a beautiful Bûche de Noël: a traditional yule log Christmas cake. This chocolate cake is filled with a vanilla chantilly cream, coated in a rich cocoa buttercream and decorated with sugared cranberries and rosemary. Complete Recipe Kits are optional, but recommended. 

Webinar length: ~90 minutes

Optional Recipe Kit Costs: $25+hst, per kit, for a cake that serves 8+ people; minimum of 10 Recipe Kits required per webinar.

Optional Additional Upgrades: $15+hst, for mushroom meringues and pure chocolate flakes to decorate the log further, made ahead by our own exceptional Chefs!

2. Holiday Flavours in 1 Hour!

What to Expect: This holiday meal features all the classic flavours, without hours of prep in your kitchen! Join our Chefs in creating an impressive dinner for 2, minus the fuss of a full, traditional turkey. Done within 1 hour, we will guide you through the preparation of turkey saltimbocca, celeriac mashed potatoes with goat cheese, and a side salad featuring winter greens, pomegranate, fennel, pecans and clementine, with a maple cider vinaigrette.

Webinar length: ~60 – 90 minutes

Optional Recipe Kit Costs:
$40+hst, per kit, enough for a complete meal for 2! A minimum of 10 Recipe Kits required per webinar.

Optional Additional Upgrades:
$10+hst per individual Chef-made holiday trifle dessert, to round out a complete meal (these are individual portions; you may add as many as you like to your order)!
