Brazillian Vinagrete

This fresh salsa is made with just a few ingredients to create a mouthwatering, vibrant condiment that can be paired with many different dishes!

10 roma tomatoes1 red onion2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 cup cilantro leaves3/4 cup water Apple cider vinegar to taste Salt to taste

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Finely mince the garlic cloves.

Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise, and then into quarters. Carefully remove the core and seeds of the tomatoes and discard. Cut the tomato quarters into strips, then dice finely.

Finely dice the red onion.

Wash the cilantro leaves well and chop coarsely.

Get Cooking!

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and mix well. Adjust seasoning with vinegar and salt.
