Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Peel the carrot then cut in half lengthwise. Slice these pieces into thin half moons.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the carrots in and boil until just tender, roughly 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Get Cooking!

In a large frying pan, add olive oil over medium-high heat. Add all vegetables and continue to cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
