3 cups greek yogurt1 lemon, zest and juice1 garlic clove, minced1 cucumber, grated2 tablespoons dill, chopped Salt to taste Pepper to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Use a rasp to remove the yellow zest from the lemon, ensuring not to remove any pith. Add to the yogurt. Cut the lemon in half and juice into the yogurt, watching for any seeds.

Use a rasp to mince the garlic, or alternatively a chef’s knife.

Grate the whole cucumber using the large side of a cheese grater.

Wash the dill, remove the fronds and chop roughly.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
