1 head cauliflower3/4 cup greek yogurt2 cloves garlic, minced1 lemon, zest and juice2 teaspoons turmeric, ground1 teaspoon coriander, ground2 teaspoons smoked paprika1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon black pepper, ground Salt to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Preheat the oven to 400°F. 

Place yogurt, garlic, lemon and all of the spices into a bowl and mix until well combined.

Cut the cauliflower into 6 or 8 wedges, depending on the size of your cauliflower. 

Coat the cauliflower generously with the yogurt mixture, then lay out on the baking sheet lined with parchment.

Get Cooking!

Roast in the oven until browned and tender, flipping the wedges after about 20 minutes and roasting for approximately 1520 more.
