Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

In a small bowl, mix the rice flour with ¼ cup of milk until well combined and set aside.

Measure all remaining ingredients.

Get Cooking!

In a pot, warm up the rest of the milk over medium heat. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add the rice flour mixture and keep stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, until it starts to thicken.

Add the cardamom and rose water, stir for a few more minutes and transfer into the bowls. Garnish and put into the refrigerator before serving.
