Growing Chefs! Ontario: Allergen Statement

Allergen Statement
Posted on: Feb 3, 2020

Growing Chefs! at The Grove (900 King St) operates as a peanut and nut-free facility. Our children’s education programs are also peanut and nut-free.

Growing Chefs! HQ (460 King St)
operates as a peanut free facility, however we sometimes use other types of nuts at this location.

Although we do our best to make accommodations for all dietary restrictions and allergies, please be aware that we do use other allergens such as dairy, eggs, sesame, some seafood, etc. at both our facilities. For those with severe gluten allergies and celiac disease, flour is used throughout our facilities and we cannot guarantee there will be no airborne cross contamination.

Growing Chefs! sometimes uses products that include“may contain” or“may contain traces of” disclaimers listed with their ingredients. Although we do our best to source products that do not use these disclaimers, it is not always possible.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our Executive Chef Katherine at katherine@growingchefsontario.ca
