Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place. Collect all ingredients and equipment before beginning.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.

Get Prepped!

Stack the pita breads and cut each pita into 8 wedges.

Place the pita wedges into a large mixing bowl.

Measure the olive oil, za’atar seasoning, and salt.

Get Cooking!

Drizzle the olive oil over the pita wedges.

Sprinkle with the za’atar seasoning and salt.

Toss gently until the pita pieces are evenly coated.

Arrange the pita wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake for 812 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crisp.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
