Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Whip the mascarpone until it becomes light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whip the 35% cream until it reaches stiff peaks.

Combine the whipped cream with mascarpone once both are whipped, then fold in zabaglione.

Get Cooking!

Assemble the tiramisu in a 8” x 8” pan. Begin with a layer of lady fingers, then top with some of the filling, then chopped chocolate. Repeat this process until the pan is filled. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
