In the bowl of the stand mixer, add the mascarpone cheese and sweetened condensed milk with the paddle attachment and whip on high speed until combined and smooth, approximately 2 – 3 minutes.

Transfer the mascarpone mixture to another bowl.

Add the whipping cream to the bowl of the stand mixer and using the whisk attachment, whip on high speed until the cream forms a stiff peak.

Using a spatula, in 2 or 3 batches, fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese mixture. Add the strawberry preserve and fold until combined.

Remove the hull from the strawberries and slice thinly.

Get Cooking!

Fill a piping bag with the mousse mixture and use any piping tip desired.

Pipe some of the strawberry mousse into the mason jar, add some sliced strawberries, and top with more piped mousse. Garnish with more sliced strawberries, strawberry preserve or mint leaves.

Seal the lid and keep chilled until ready to enjoy!
