Growing Chefs! Ontario Raspberry Fool

Raspberry Fool

A fool is a dessert first mentioned in literature in the 1500’s. Simply put, it is a cream custard mixed with fruit. It is one of the easiest desserts to put together, and makes great use of overripe fruit or berries. Our classic version uses raspberries.
