Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Finely grate your cabbage and carrots. Chop the green onion and mince the garlic.

Measure out all your seasoning.

Mix all of the filling ingredients and seasonings together in a bowl. Keep it chilled once well mixed and when you are ready to use it, load into a piping bag.

Get Cooking!

Pipe a short line (about 1 tablespoon) of filling to the bottom of each wrapper.

Fold the bottom over, fold both sides in and roll tightly, making sure to seal by wetting the opposite side with a finger dipped in water.

Freeze seam-side down.

Lightly baste in oil and bake from frozen at 400°F until crisp and the centre reaches 74°C/165°F, approximately 22 – 28 minutes
