2 cups greek yogurt1 Persian cucumber, grated1/4 cup raisins1/2 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon dried peppermint1 tablespoon dried rose petals Salt to taste Pepper to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Grate the cucumber into a bowl, then squeeze any excess liquid from the grated cucumber.

Add the raisins, onion powder, peppermint and some of the rose petals and mix.

Add the yogurt, mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Get Cooking!

Put the mix into a bowl and garnish with extra rose petals, dried peppermint and sliced cucumber and enjoy with pita, fresh herbs and radishes.
