10 ozs thai chilis (or another chili as a substitute)4 cloves of garlic3 cups distilled white vinegar3 tablespoons kosher salt1 teaspoon black peppercorns

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Trim the top of the pepper and place into a sterilized jar. 


Peel the garlic cloves, smash lightly and place into the sterilized jar. 

Get Cooking!

In a medium pot, bring salt, vinegar and peppercorns to a boil. Once boiling, pour into the jars with the other ingredients. Place the lid on the jar and allow it to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate and this will last approximately 45 months.
