Get Organized!
Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Get Prepped!
Trim the top of the pepper and place into a sterilized jar.
Peel the garlic cloves, smash lightly and place into the sterilized jar.
Get Cooking!
In a medium pot, bring salt, vinegar and peppercorns to a boil. Once boiling, pour into the jars with the other ingredients. Place the lid on the jar and allow it to cool to room temperature. Refrigerate and this will last approximately 4 – 5 months.
