What to Expect: Celebrate spring with an elegant, hands-on high tea experience. Participants will work together in small groups to create a refined menu inspired by the season’s best ingredients, including fresh strawberries, rhubarb, citrus, and herbs.

Together, we’ll prepare delicate tea sandwiches, savoury scones, floral-infused preserves, and beautiful desserts, alongside a sparkling strawberry elderflower lemonade. The class culminates in a shared high tea, where guests can enjoy a thoughtfully styled spread and the simple pleasure of cooking and connecting across generations.
