Wine Gummies

Making your own candy is fun, even for adults. This recipe can easily be made alcohol-free by cooking the wine past 160°F, or by using de-alcoholized wine.

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure the wine, sugar and gelatin into a pot.

Get Cooking!

Heat over medium and whisk constantly for 2 – 3 minutes until the sugar and gelatin have dissolved.

Pour the liquid into a squeeze bottle and squirt it into the silicone candy molds, filling to the top.

Refrigerate the gummies for at least 90 minutes until they are solid and easily pop out of the containers.
