Sweet Potato Oven Fries

Sweet potato fries are sweet and spicy, and taste great dipped in our not so secret sauce. If you have an air fryer at home, try cooking these in them for an extra crispy exterior.

4 large sweet potatoes, julienned1 teaspoon smoked paprika1/4 teaspoon chili powder Pinch of cayenne1/4 teaspoon curry powder1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon grapeseed oil Salt to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Cut the sweet potatoes into finger sized pieces, leaving the skin on.

Measure out all of the spices and mix together. Measure out the grapeseed oil.

In a large bowl, toss together the sweet potato fries with the oil and spices. Season well with salt to taste.

Get Cooking!

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the fries on a couple of baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until sweet potatoes are cooked through, and fries are crispy and golden on the outside.
