Rainbow Fruit Salad
Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Measure the honey and blueberries.
Zest and juice the lime. Juice the orange.
Peel and the kiwi so that it is slightly larger than the blueberries. dice
Peel and the pineapple. dice
Cut off the green leaves of the strawberries and quarter them. Peel and segment the clementine. Cut the grapes in half.
Toss all the fruit together.
Whisk together the lime and orange juice with the honey and drizzle over fruit. Gently toss to combine.
