Rainbow Fruit Salad

This recipe is super simple and perfect to pack for a school lunch or an after school snack.

Ingredients
2 kiwis, peeled and diced1/2 cup blueberries1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered1 cup grapes, halved2 clementines, segmented1 cup pineapple, diced1 orange, juiced2 tablespoons honey1 lime, zested and juiced

Get Organized!

Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure the honey and blueberries.

Zest and juice the lime. Juice the orange.

Get Cooking!

Peel and dice the kiwi so that it is slightly larger than the blueberries.

Peel and dice the pineapple.

Cut off the green leaves of the strawberries and quarter them. Peel and segment the clementine. Cut the grapes in half.

Toss all the fruit together.

Whisk together the lime and orange juice with the honey and drizzle over fruit. Gently toss to combine.
