Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Measure and combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a small bowl.

In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree with the spices and sugar.

Stir in the cream and beaten egg until smooth.

Pour into the prepared pie shell.

Bake for 40 – 45 minutes until the filling is set (a knife inserted near the center should come out clean). Cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
