This recipe uses the Jigg’s Dinner pot to boil the peas into a delicious mash.

cup butter

Add all peas into a pudding bag, or cheesecloth, making sure the bag is tied well.
Get Cooking!
Place the bag into a jigs pot or boiling water and boil for 2 hours.
Remove bag, empty the peas into a bowl mix with butter and salt.
