No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Pour the condensed milk and double cream into a large bowl. Measure the vanilla and add it into the bowl.

Beat the mixture with an electric mixer. The cream will become thicker. Continue until it is quite stiff, resembling the consistency of greek yogurt.

Get Cooking!

Scrape the cream into a freezer-safe container, such as a large loaf tin. Place plastic wrap on top, touching the surface of the cream. Place into the freezer until solid.
