Lime Crema

Sometimes tacos can be a bit spicy, this creamy topping is a great way to cut through the heat!
Serves 8
1/2 cup sour cream4 limes, zest and juice2 tablespoons chives, chopped2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Remove the leaves of the parsley and discard the stems. Using a rocking motion with your knife, roughly chop the leaves.

Finely slice the chives and use the entirety of the herb.

Using a rasp, grate the green exterior (zest) from the lime into a bowl before juicing. Once zested, cut the limes in half and squeeze the juice into the same bowl.

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
