Ingredients
1 pound rhubarb, diced1/4 cup honey1/4 cup water pinch of salt1/2 tablespoon ginger, grated

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Chop rhubarb into small pieces, and measure honey, water, and a pinch of salt into a pot.

Finely grate ginger with a rasp.

Get Cooking!

Cook the rhubarb mixture over medium high heat, for about 8 minutes until rhubarb is softened. Stir with a spoon to break the rhubarb apart, let cool slightly and serve.
