Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure all ingredients carefully. Combine the flour, salt and baking powder all in a large mixing bowl.

Cut the cold butter into pieces about the size of a nickel.

Using your hand, combine the butter into the flour and mix until the butter is about the size of a pea.

Add the milk and honey and mix until well combined. Be careful not to overmix!

Put some flour on the surface of the table and place your dough on top. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough until it’s about ½ inch thick. Fold the dough over like a book, then roll it out again to about 1 inch thick.

Use a cutter to cut the biscuits into the desired shape/size. Re-roll the scraps and cut more biscuits. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
