An absolute must-have for any BBQ, enjoy with any of your favourite toppings!
Serves 4 to 6
1 1/2 kilograms ground beef1 egg2 tablespoons panko2 teaspoons garlic powder2 teaspoons onion powder1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Knife or safe chopperCutting boardBowls of various sizesMeasuring cupsMeasuring spoonsSpatulaTasting spoonsDish towel

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a medium sized bowl. Divide into 200 gram portions, rolling into a ball and then flattening into a patty. Wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Get Cooking!

Season patty with salt and pepper and grill until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 °F. Serve on a bun with any toppings you would like!
