Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Cut the top and bottom from the pineapple. Remove the peel and any remaining eyes.

Cut the pineapple into quarters, and remove the inner core. 

Zest and juice the lime.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and pinch of salt.

Get Cooking!

Place the pineapple on a preheated medium-high grill. Cook for several minutes per side until well marked and lightly caramelized.

During the final minute of cooking, brush the pineapple with the honey and lime mixture.

Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with the lime zest.

Serve warm on its own or alongside vanilla ice cream.
