Sesame being the main ingredient in tahini, this is called a spread because Israelis don’t “dip” like Americans do — they wipe.

cups tahini paste1
cup lemon juice2
cups fresh parsley1/2
cup cold water, more if needed

Crush cloves of garlic and roughly chop.
Roughly chop parsley.
Add all ingredients into food processor except for water.
Get Cooking!
Blend ingredients together in food processor. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust seasoning.
