Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Bring heavy cream to a simmer on the stove top, stirring occasionally. Just as soon as you see a simmer, remove from heat and pour over chocolate chips, swirling the bowl to make sure all chips are covered, let sit for 5 minutes. Swirl the chocolate chips with a whisk starting in the centre and working outward until smooth.

Important Note: Keep in mind, the longer ganache sits, the thicker and more of a frosting it becomes. It stays great at room temp for a couple of days.
