Celeriac Remoulade

This mayo based salad uses minimal ingredients but is packed with flavour and makes a great side to most meals.
Serves 6 to 8
1 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup Dijon mustard1/4 cup lemon juice2 cups flat leaf parsley, finely chopped1/4 cup capers, finely chopped1 kilogram celery root, finely julienned Salt to taste Pepper to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure out the mayo.

Measure out the mustard and lemon juice.

Chop the parsley and capers and peel and grate the celery root.

Get Cooking!

Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Mix the dressing with the celery root and taste, adding additional salt, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice, to taste.
