Baked Brie

The only way to improve upon cheese is to melt it; ooey gooey brie cheese pairs beautifully with sweet fruit and jam, and makes a magnificent centerpiece for a party.

1/4 cup jam or honey1/4 cup dried fruit, such as cranberries or figs13 ozs round French brie

Get Organized!

Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Dice the dried fruit into small bite-sized pieces,

Place the brie in an oven-safe dish.

Measure out the jam, and spread it on top of the brie, and sprinkle the dried fruit on top.

Get Cooking!

Preheat the oven to 350Ā°F.

Bake brie in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the brie softens.

Remove from the oven and let the brie sit for 3 to 5 minutes or so. Serve with crackers and apples to dip.
