Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Stretch the dough into ropes about 1 inch wide and cut the dough into pieces about 2 inches long.

Put any sugar you want to use to coat the dough into a bowl.

Set up your deep fryer to 350°F.

Get Cooking!

Cook the dough in small batches until it is golden and puffed, about 4 – 5 minutes. Remove from the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer to a baking sheet lined with paper towel to drain. While warm, transfer to a bowl to toss with sugar, or sprinkle powdered sugar on them or drizzle with nutella. Serve warm!
