Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Peel the corn husks off of the corn.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Measure soy sauce and sugar into a small bowl and mix together.

Get Cooking!

Cook the corn in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove from the water and dry it slightly with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Preheat frying pan over medium high heat. Add oil, and add the corn and let it cook turning so it is browned on all sides. Brush the toasted corn with soy sauce mixture and serve immediately.
