Whole Lotta Crunch Garden Salad

Get Organized!
Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Get Prepped!
Chop the lettuce into 2 centimeter chunks, wash thoroughly and spin dry in a salad spinner.
Slice the cucumber lengthwise in half, then place the flat side down and slice in half again. Cut across the cucumber into a dice.
Cut the red peppers in half and scoop out the seeds and membrane. Cut the pepper into long strips, then cut across into a dice.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half from top to bottom.
Measure out the sunflower seeds and dressing.
Get Cooking!
Place the lettuce, cucumber, peppers, and tomatoes into a large bowl and use the tongs to toss. Season with a sprinkle of salt, and add half the dressing. Toss to coat the salad, and taste. If the salad needs more dressing, add the remaining dressing and toss again.
