Get Prepped!

Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil. Cut the large tomatoes into wedges and halve the cherry tomatoes. Tear the basil leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Remove the burrata from the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature.

Get Cooking!

Arrange the tomatoes on a large serving platter or in a shallow serving bowl. Tear the burrata into large pieces and nestle it among the tomatoes.

Scatter the fresh basil over the salad. Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with the flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Serve immediately with fresh focaccia or crusty bread.
