Strawberry Goat Cheese Flatbreads with Arugula

Get Organized!
Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Get Prepped!
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Thinly slice the strawberries, and crumble the goat cheese.
Brush the naan bread with olive oil, and scatter strawberries on top of the naan. Scatter goat cheese overtop and with salt and pepper to taste. season
Get Cooking!
Bake naan for 8 – 10 minutes until strawberries are juicy and goat cheese is melted. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss arugula in a bowl with a splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Top the flatbreads with arugula, cut into wedges and serve.
