Sticky Toffee Pudding Bundt Cake

This recipe combines the delicious flavour of sticky toffee pudding with the fun shape of a bundt cake. A bundt cake is perfect with sharing with friends!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Put the dried fruits in a medium bowl, add boiling water, and let stand for 10 minutes.

In a stand mixer, fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the granulated sugar, butter, and eggs. Add the vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and mix. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and gently mix. Add the dried fruit with their liquid and mix until just combined.

Get Cooking!

Add the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes to an hour, making sure to check after 45 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes, then remove the cake from the mold and cool on a rack until slightly warm.
