Growing Chefs! Ontario Paneer Chaat Masala Skewers

Paneer Chaat Masala Skewers

Paneer is a fresh cheese commonly used in Indian cooking. Its texture allows it to be grilled without melting, making it ideal for skewers. Chaat masala, a tangy spice blend, adds brightness and complexity while the yogurt marinade helps create a flavourful crust on the grill.”
