Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure out the cream cheese. Finely grate the cheddar cheese and mix it together well with the cream cheese.

Form the mixture into small balls, about 2 teaspoons. If the cheese filling is not firm enough to form into a ball, place it in the refrigerator to chill until firm.

Get Cooking!

Toss the cheeseballs in assorted toppings (the more the merrier), and arrange on a platter. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
