2 cups cooked, shredded chicken1/4 cup mayonnaise2 tablespoons Greek yogurt2 lemons, zest and juice2 teaspoons honey1 teaspoon turmeric, ground1/4 cup finely chopped celery3 tablespoons carrot, grated Salt and pepper to taste4 pieces leaf lettuce, washed4 flour tortillas

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

In a bowl, stir together mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, turmeric and honey. 

Peel the carrot, then grate on the large side of a grater. 

Dice the celery into very small pieces. 

Add shredded chicken, celery, and carrot to the bowl with dressing. Mix until coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Lay out tortillas, add lettuce, spoon in chicken salad, and roll up.
