Honey Lime Yogurt Dip

This sweet and tangy dip is perfect for dipping any kind of fruit in!

1 cup plain Greek yogurt2 tablespoons honey Zest of 1/2 a lime Juice of 1 lime

Gather your mis en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

To zest the lime, grate the side of it along the rasp over a bowl. Careful not to go too deep and get into the white pith, as it has a very bitter taste.

To juice the lime, roll it on a counter, then cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a bowl, make sure to take out any seeds.

Measure out the honey and yogurt.

Get Cooking!

In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest together.

Serve chilled with sliced fruit for dipping.
