Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Split the dates in half with a paring of chef’s knife so you can stuff them, but don’t cut them all the way through.

Finely chop rosemary.

In a small pot, combine honey, rosemary, and cayenne. Bring to a boil over medium heat and turn off immediately.

Fill each date with goat cheese, and wrap with ½ piece of bacon tightly.

Place the bacon wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and drizzle them with the rosemary honey.

Get Cooking!

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Bake for 2025 minutes until bacon is crispy. Serve immediately.
