Get Organized!

Gather all of your ingredients and equipment before you get started!

Get Prepped!

Using a scale, divide your meat into balls that are 2 ounces each. Set them on parchment paper. Season very well on both sides with salt and pepper.

Get Cooking!

Preheat the cast iron pan over medium high heat, and when warmed add a splash of oil. Add two patties into the cast iron pan and press them down with a spatula firmly so they are very flat, less than 1 centimetre thick. Cook until meat is browned and caramelized, about 2 minutes. Scrape all of the crispy meat up with the spatula and flip the burger over. Cook on the other side another 1 – 2 minutes until the beef is cooked through.

Repeat with the rest of the burgers. To serve, put two sliders together with a piece of cheese in the middle. Dress them as desired with condiments and serve.
