Get organized!
Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Get Prepped!
Cut the peppers and jalapenos in half and remove the seeds and pith. Slice them into pieces about Ā½ centimetre, and then them finely. dice
Cut the onion in half and remove the skin. Make incisions from tip to root on the onion, almost all the way to the root, but keeping the root end intact about Ā½ centimetre apart. Turn the onion and slice across these incisions to finely. dice
Measure out the corn, feta cheese, and olives.
Open the cans of beans, strain and rinse them.
Cut the avocados in half, and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh, and the avocado. dice
Cut the limes in half and squeeze out as much juice as possible.
Measure the white wine vinegar and mix together with the lime juice.
In a separate bowl, measure the olive oil.
Measure the taco seasoning, honey, and sugar.
Get Cooking!
Mix together all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a medium bowl, add the lime juice, white wine vinegar, taco seasoning, honey, and sugar. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while constantly whisking to make the dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over top of the salad ingredients and mix together.
