Ingredients

cup cilantro (chopped)1
cup mint (chopped)1/2
inch ginger1
clove garlic1
green chilli (keep the seeds for spice)1
teaspoon ground cumin1
teaspoon lemon juice1
teaspoon chaat masala Salt pepper to taste

Using a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. (Use cold water if you need to thin the sauce.)
