Cheesy Cheddar Crackers

Get Organized!
Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.
Get Prepped!
Measure out the flour, spices, salt, sugar, butter and vinegar.
Grate and measure out the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Get Cooking
Line your baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine the cheese, butter, sugar, salt and spices and blend together with the back of a spatula.
Once thoroughly combined, mix in the flour and then the vinegar.
Slowly start to add one tablespoon of cold water at a time. You want the dough to come together to form a ball but not be wet or sticky.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out on a lightly floured surface so that it is roughly ½ cm thick. Punch out desired shapes or cut into squares and poke a whole in the middle of each using a toothpick or skewer.
Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and place into the oven and bake for 12 – 15 minutes or until light golden brown and crispy.
