Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Peel the garlic and mince it finely using a chef’s knife or alternatively, a rasp.

Remove the parsley leaves from the stem and roughly chop.

Measure all remaining ingredients.

Get Cooking!

Preheat a medium pot over medium heat with the olive oil for 2 minutes until the oil flows like water.

Add the garlic and chili flakes, and cook for a few minutes until just slightly brown and fragrant.

Add the tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
