Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon dijon mustard1/2 lemon, juiced1 teaspoon horseradish, finely grated1/2 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper salt to taste

Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Measure mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, black pepper, and cayenne into a bowl.

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half into the sauce.

Using a rasp, finely grate the horseradish into the sauce.

Get Cooking!

Stir all of the sauce ingredients together and add salt to taste. If you would like it to be a bit zippier, feel free to add a bit more horseradish.
