Get Organized!

Gather your mise en place; get together all of the equipment needed for the recipe and gather your ingredients.

Get Prepped!

Remove the peel of the orange by hand or with a knife, and segment the orange by cutting out pieces between the pith. Cut the orange into 1 inch pieces.

Peel the bananas, and cut them into slices about 1 centimeter thick.

Cut the grapes in half.

Cut the peel off the pineapple, and cut it into quarters. Remove the core. Reserve half for another use, and cut ½ the pineapple into pieces about the same size as the grapes.

Measure out the marshmallows, coconut, sour cream, vanilla, and sugar.

Get Cooking!

Place a frying pan over medium heat, and gently toast the coconut until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.

Mix together the sour cream, vanilla, and sugar.

In a large bowl, mix together all of the fruit, marshmallows, half the coconut, and the sour cream mixture. Top with the rest of the toasted coconut and serve.
